Traditional irrigation systems Norias, Balsas and their story.

The Norias (translation “wheel”) and their “Balsas” (translation “water tanks”) that cover the countryside are all falling into disrepair. We rebuild these irrigation systems using largely traditional materials and what is more, we bring them back to their functional life. You not only have a marvelous showpiece but it is useful. If you are very lucky and are fortunate enough to own one of these Norias, we can restore both it and its waterways bringing it back to its original glory. In addition, we have thought out a closed circuit system involving the balsas whereby the balsa is converted into a swimming pool and at the same time acts as water storage for irrigation. The great advantage is:
The therapeutic sound of water will come back to the Ibicencan countryside.
